1. Data Deletion Request

EZ Trip Now respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our system (including data linked from Facebook or Google), please follow the instructions below.

2. How to Request Deletion

Method 1: Send an email requesting data deletion to support@eztripnow.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please use the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. Method 2: (Coming soon) Go to Settings > Account Management > Delete Account directly within the EZ Trip Now app.

3. Processing Time

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your account data within 7 business days. Please note that certain minimal information may be retained for a longer period if required by law.
